Following the announcement of stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne, all Melbourne staff are working remotely, until further notice. The City, Carlton and Brunswick Campuses are now closed. So for all inquiries, please continue to ring +61 3 9663 3399 or use the contact details below.

Our Perth, Sydney and Brisbane Campuses are open as usual.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for your cooperation and understanding in these challenging times. Acknowledge Education has campuses across Australia, so at the moment, each state is responding to COVID-19 in different ways.

Acknowledge Education continues to follow the advice of both Federal and State governments in dealing with its response to COVID-19. As always, the health and safety of our students and staff is of most importance,whilst also balancing students’ educational needs.

Dear Students

Firstly, I wouldlike to say thank you for your cooperation and understanding in these
challenging times. For those on holidays, I hope you are finding ways to have a
good time!

Online

Thank you all for
your cooperation with the transition to online. I know there were some initial
issues, but our innovation team has worked hard to fix any problems as they
arise.

We are using a
combination of Moodle, Zoom and other video conferencing technologies to
provide our you with a great learning experience. We have provided training
sessions for all staff and student to help them with the transition.

We have also
provided a survey to all students to use their feedback to continuously improve
our delivery.

you may be facing financial difficulties at this time. If you are, it is really
important that you contact finance@ae.edu.au to discuss what options are available to
you.

Job Finder
Assistance

AE’s job placement
service for students is progressing well. An expression of interest survey went
out to all over 18 year old students (not VCE!) on Monday. Over 100 businesses
have been called this week and already some students have been placed in jobs.

We are also creating
a new page on Moodle that will have Resume templates and other useful
information to help you apply and find jobs.

Acknowledge Education continues to take advice from the Australian Government (both State and Federal) to monitor and respond to developments and to ensure the
safety of students and staff.

ONLINE DELIVERY MODEL

From Monday 30 March 2020, all courses at Acknowledge Education will be delivered online. All staff have received training and student training is available for

24/03/2020 Update for students about coronavirus (COVID-19)

Acknowledge Education is taking advice from the State and Federal Governments to monitor and respond to developments and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of

students and staff.

What you need to know

Acknowledge Educationn is open, and courses will continue to run for students unless they have:

  • flu-like systems, a fever or ongoing cough (or otherwise sick)
  • just arrived in Australia and have to self-isolate for 14 days or
  • been diagnosed with, are under medical assessment for, or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

If you are unwell, including a respiratory illness, stay at home until symptoms clear up.

Acknowledge Education is introducing proactive measures to support students in continuing their study. This includes:

  • Implementing an online delivery model for its VCE, Higher Education, Vocatonal and over 18 ELICOS programs
