At Acknowledge Education, we care about student well-being. Student life can be exciting and challenging, and we hope all students can complete their studies without any issues or illness.
However, we know that this is not always possible. If you are experiencing any difficulties, our staff are here for you. Still, if you believe you need someone independent to speak to about your situation, we also have counselling available.
There are many reasons why someone might want to speak to a counsellor. For example, if you are experiencing:
- Mental health issues, including anxiety, stress, or depression
- Cultur shock or homesickness
- Trauma, loss, or abuse
- Bullying, harassment, or discrimination
- Study/work-life balance
If you are experiencing difficulties with your assessment, you can also speak with your campus’ academic support officer. Your student service officer will be able to tell you how to contact them.
