Stage 1: Informal Resolution
Stage 2: Complaint Form If you cannot resolve your concern informally, or if informal resolution is not appropriate, you can submit a formal complaint using the Stage 2 Complaint form available via Workflow in the Student Portal. Stage 3: Appeal Form If you wish to appeal the outcome of a Stage 2 Formal Complaint, a Notice of Intent to Report (ITR), or an unsuccessful application for; refund, leave of absence, provider transfer or credit & RPL, you can submit a Stage 3 Appeal form available via Workflow in the Student Portal. |
