The Next Top Chef Finale 2023

We had the final round of the cooking competition, “The Next Top Chef 2023” last December at Brunswick Campus.

Our students were so excited being a part of this Competition and they gave their best to win it.

Special thanks to Chef Ganesh Chalavadi (Kitchen Operations Manager) and Chef Madeleine Bolger together with the three judges:

• Arthur Vallelonga (Head of Hospitality)

• Executive Chef David Cassar (Hotel Grand Chancellor)

• Chef Nuwan Madushka (International Award-Winning Chef)

It was indeed a very tough decision for the judges to decide who among the participants would win the scholarships.
